Tengzhuo is an online retailer committed to providing quality products and dependable customer service.
All customer orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse located in the United States.
To ensure consistent product quality, Tengzhuo cooperates with a manufacturing partner located in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, China. The manufacturing partner is responsible for product manufacturing and quality inspection only.
Customer orders are not shipped directly from the manufacturing facility.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that:

- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

7. Shipping
All customer orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Birmingham, Alabama, United States.
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after shipment.
Shipping charges are as follows:
- Orders totaling $20.00 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
- Orders below $20.00 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $8.00.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns and Refunds
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after the order has been delivered.
Return requests must comply with our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers must obtain return authorization before returning any item.
